Consent to Personal Data Processing
By registering, I voluntarily and freely grant my consent, in accordance with the law governing personal data protection and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council (GDPR), to the portal unimago.cz for the processing of my personal data under the conditions specified below. This consent applies to the personal data I have provided in the registration form.

The service provider on the portal unimago.cz, Jiří Výchopeň, ID No.: 87654415, Bratří Hlaviců 106, 755 01 Vsetín, hereby provides information regarding the processing of users’ personal data and informs them of their rights. The portal unimago.cz is also the data controller. In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR Regulation”), the service provider processes personal data on a legal basis for fulfilling contractual obligations related to recording and paying rewards to users in their accounts. Additionally, the service provider processes users’ personal data for its legitimate interest in contacting potential clients by sending offers for its services or relevant services of its partners, based on the users’ consent as per the Terms and Conditions.
Users of the portal unimago.cz provide their personal data to the processor via the registration form, which establishes their user account. This account allows them to compare product prices, receive cashback on purchases made with the service provider’s partners, or participate in competitions. The processor manages users’ personal data within the following scope: email address, first name, last name, place of residence, date of birth, phone number, and bank account details.

The service provider on the portal unimago.cz, Jiří Výchopeň, ID No.: 87654415, Bratří Hlaviců 106, 755 01 Vsetín, processes users’ personal data only for the necessary period required to fulfill the purpose for which the data was collected. Personal data will be processed for a maximum of five years from the date of registration or the last login, unless the controller has another legal basis for processing. The maximum period for processing personal data is ten years from the date the registration contact was obtained. This does not prevent the user from requesting the deletion of their personal data at any time.
